Dr. Paula Ioanide is an Associate Professor of comparative race and ethnicity studies at the Center for the Study of Culture, Race, and Ethnicity at Ithaca College.
This Wednesday at noon in Kling Lounge Dr. Ioanide will focus on defining and understanding how implicit bias works in higher education, with a view toward identifying some best practices for reducing bias-related harms. The goal of this discussion is to inform faculty, staff and students of the salient issues surrounding this topic. As always, all members of the IC community are invited to join in the discussion.
