Mail services end of semester for students

As classes come to a close and we head into Finals Week, Mail Service student staff quickly diminishes, necessitating the following service adjustments.

Phillips Hall Post Office
- Reduced hours beginning Mon 5/7, open M-F 8:30-4:30
- Closed Saturdays until Fall semester

Circles Mailroom
- After Fri 5/4, this mailroom is closed for package pickups until Fall semester
- Any remaining packages will be sent to Phillips Hall Post Office and new email notifications will be sent.
- All new incoming packages will also be sent to Phillips Hall Post Office
- Letter mail will continue being sorted to boxes during Finals Week
- Additional info for Summer will be posted soon

Quads, Gardens, ET, WT, and Terraces Mailrooms
- No change during Finals Week. Letter mail will continue being sorted to boxes
- Additional info for Summer will be posted soon
