Sarah collaborated with two other IDS project members to deliver a presentation titled Tell your ILL Story: collecting and using ILL Statistics. Information was presented on using ILL statistics with ILLiad, the software that the Ithaca College Library and other IDS members use to process interlibrary loan requests.
