Performance Review Process is open until Friday, June 29, 2018

The Online Performance Review process for FY 2017-18 is currently underway!  You will recall that all performance reviews must be completed and acknowledged by Friday, June 29, 2018.  You may access the performance review process through Parnassus. 

A few things to note:

• Step-by-step instructions, as well as other helpful resources for completing the process can be found at https://www.ithaca.edu/hr/development/performancereview/. 
• At this time, Parnassus can only be accessed using:

-          Internet Explorer (Windows)

-          Safari (Mac)

• Once your supervisor has completed your performance review, you will receive a Parnassus Workflow email notification stating that acknowledgement is required.  At this point, log into Parnassus and view the notification in your “worklist” (do not go into IC Employee Self-Service to do this). You can then open the performance review.  If you wish to write a responding comment this must be done before you click on the acknowledge button.
