At the Center for Health Promotion, we offer students a variety of free or greatly reduced programs and resources for their health and wellness needs.

- Free 1-on-1 wellness coaching through our THRIVE at IC program or our BASICS program (Balancing Alcohol and Substance Use to Increase College Success) ** Both programs are free, confidential and nonjudgmental.**

**The Center for Health Promotion also offers group THRIVE at IC resiliency building workshops. We work with you to present a program to your student groups that teaches the importance of building resiliency during college and how to do that here at IC.**
