Weather update: Reception will be held indoors.

The Division of College Relations and Advancement invites the campus community to celebrate the accomplishments and contributions of Lori Staba at a reception on Monday, June 18th from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. in the Alumni Hall conference room (224).

Lori will retire from Ithaca College on June 18th after leading Advancement Services for over 21 years. Over the course of her tenure Lori has repeatedly taken on additional responsibilities during transitions in the division of CRA, providing leadership in times of need for the Ithaca College Annual Fund, Donor Relations and Research. She has welcomed three IC president’s, and has been part of the campus team instrumental in managing  two inaugural celebrations. Her work with campus partners extended through two comprehensive campaigns and numerous special fund-raising initiatives, including new building projects for the Athletics & Events Center, The Park Center for Business and Sustainable Enterprise, the Robert B. Tallman Rowing Center, the James J. Whalen Center for Music and significant renovations to Dillingham Center, all involving kickoff events and ending with successful celebrations.

A dedicated IC alumnus, Lori served on the class of 1985’s reunion committee for their 20th, 25th, and 30th reunions, and is currently a member of the IC Mentoring Network.

We are filled with gratitude for all Lori has given to Ithaca College and the Division of College Relations and Advancement and wish her well in her retirement.

In lieu of gifts, Lori would prefer any contributions be made to the Ithaca College Annual Fund or to another charity of your choice.

Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Leslie D'Arcy at ldarcy@ithaca.edu or (607) 274-3115. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
