I am pleased to announce that Jess Shapiro is joining the Campus Center team as the new Assistant Director.

Jess comes to the position from our own Ithaca College community.  Most recently, Jess has served as the Residence Director/Honors Academic Assistant for Eastman and Lyon Halls, overseeing the HOME (Housing Offering a Multicultural Experience) and Honors residential learning communities.

Jess has a Masters of Arts in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University and Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education, Psychology, and Applied Psychology in Human Development from Boston College.  She brings to the position professional experience in campus programming, student staff supervision and management, and budget oversight.  Additionally, her dedication to inclusion and social justice and organization and attention to detail will be assets to the Campus Center operation.

Please extend a warm welcome to Jess Shapiro in her new role.
