Pamela Ameigh, Multiformat Acquisitions Specialist in the Library and member of Ithaca College Toastmasters, has earned Toastmasters International's highest educational designation. Since joining in 2005, she has completed numerous speaking and leadership tasks to rise to Competent Communicator and Competent Leader, Advanced Communicator Bronze, Silver and Gold, and Advanced Leader Bronze and Silver. She gave her High Performance Leadership report in February as a capstone project in anticipation of the new designation.

Pam has served as a past club officer (2-time President, 2-time Vice President Education), a past Area Governor/Director, and past Division Governor/Director. She was named Area Governor of the Year for 2010-11 and Division Governor of the year 2012-13. She has presented educational workshops at District 65 Conference on two separate occasions, co-chaired a conference planning committee, coached clubs, and mentored the Big Red Club. Regularly seen around the district visiting other clubs and contest events, she is currently a dual member of the Carpe Diem club in Elmira/Horseheads and serving as a Pathways Ambassador. She looks forward to exploring the new pathways to improved communication and leadership as she continues her Toastmasters journey, and invites you to explore yours.

As her supervisor, and the person who first introduced Pam to Toastmasters, I am extremely proud of this accomplishment.
