Information Technology has updated the IT Service Portal to provide a more streamlined experience. The portal is your “go to” place for finding technology answers, requesting IT services and submitting help tickets. We're also adding survey functionality to our ticketing process.
Enhancements
We've revised the service portal home page to make it easier to find what you are looking for such as requesting standard services, submitting help requests for problems or questions, and searching for help articles on popular technology topics. We've also provided a featured content section to highlight current technology information.
Surveys
Our goal is to provide our clients with the best possible service. The only way that we know we're doing that is if you tell us! After working with IT to fulfill a service or help resolve a problem, we'll send you a short survey to ask how well we did (or didn't) do. Survey responses play a very important role in helping us improve our support and services so we encourage your participation.
You can conveniently access the IT Service Portal in the Service Requests section of apps.ithaca.edu.
