We are pleased to once more welcome Opera Noire of New York at Ithaca College. Opera Noire will be performing a program entitled "An Evening of Operatic and Spiritual Splendor." The first half of this versatile program, "At the Opera House," will offer many operatic favorites, including Puccini's "Nessun Dorma," Mozart's "Der Hölle Rache" (Queen of the Night Aria), and Delibes "Flower Duet" from Lakmé. The second half of the program, "Our backs are straight because the TIMBER is strong," focuses on Spirituals, including "Soon ah will be done," "Walk together Children," and “He’s got the whole world in his hands."

This concert is free and open to the public.

Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact the Office of Concerts and Facilities, School of Music, at 607-274-3717 or ekibelsbeck@ithaca.edu/akemp1@ithaca.edu. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
