We are excited to announce a new procedure to apply to graduate. There is a new link in HomerConnect for eligible students to apply to graduate. Use this link to access the instructions to apply: https://www.ithaca.edu/registrar/students/
Here are a few things you should know:
- Undergrad students must have at least 90 earned credit hours to apply and grad students must have at least 15 earned credit hours.
- Before applying, please make sure your major/concentration/minor(s) and expected graduation date are correct. Check out the link with the FAQ’s regarding this and other graduation information for help: https://www.ithaca.edu/registrar/students/app4degr/
- All students who apply from this point forward will be able to view their application in HomerConnect. Click on Student Records, Financial Aid, and Residential Life; click on Student Records; and click on View Application to Graduate.
- If you have already applied prior to September 1, 2018, to see if your application has been processed, from HomerConnect click on View your academic records and student account information; then click on Unofficial Academic Transcript. Look on your unofficial transcript toward the top after Transcript Data for DEGREE INFORMATION. It should state:
Applied: Name of your degree(s) i.e. Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts, etc.
Degree Date(s) the date will not appear until your degree has been awarded. Also, in Degree Works the graduation application area will be checked as completed after your application has been processed.
