We are working once again with consulting firm Witt/Kieffer as we find talent for this critical position. Tomorrow, Witt/Kieffer consultants Robin Mamlet and Melissa Fincher will be on campus to meet with the search committee and with various constituent groups. During their visit, Robin and Melissa will solicit feedback on the leadership qualities and skills needed in this role as they work to finalize a leadership profile.

As with our searches last year, our committee co-chairs will post updates online, both on the Senior Team Searches web page and on Intercom. I know how important this search is to all of our employees and the committee will work diligently to keep you apprised of its progress and milestones.

This is a very exciting year for our community, as we launch our strategic planning process and work to fill this critical senior leadership position. I want to thank you for your energy and investment during this pivotal year, and I want to thank and congratulate the members of this search committee for their service.

All my best,

Shirley M. Collado
President
