Nicole Eversley Bradwell, Director of Admission and Dr. Sean Eversley Bradwell, Director of the Center for IDEAS co-presented at the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC) 74th national conference in Salt Lake City, Utah earlier this month.

The presentation “Gen Z, Diversity, and Inclusion” explored the major characteristics of this newest generation of students with a particular focus on how they will impact our work around diversity and inclusion. Currently identified as the most racially diverse, the most technologically savvy, and far more pragmatic than their Millennial counter-parts, Generation Z will continue to challenge traditional programs and practices in higher education. This workshop focused on the major characteristics of Gen Z and subsequent impacts on educational approaches to promote diversity and foster inclusion.
