The Patient/People Care Advocate Team (PCAT) program is offered jointly by the Cancer Resource Center of the Finger Lakes, Cayuga Medical Center,  Cornell Public Service Center, Ithaca College’s Center for Civic Engagement, and Mental Health Association of Tompkins County.
