All Staff Meeting – November 1, 2018

There will be an All Staff Meeting on Thursday, November 1, 2018, from 8:00 -10:00 am in the Emerson Suites.   

Light refreshments will be available from 8:00 – 8:30 a.m.  The meeting will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. 

AGENDA 

  1. The October Board of Trustee meeting and other Updates – President Collado 
  2. Strategic Plan update and activity - Jason Freitag, Co-Chair of the Strategic Planning Steering Committee
  3. Financial overview and budget update - William Guerrero, Vice President for Finance and Administration 
  4. HR Updates  – Kirra Franzese, Interim Associate Vice President for Human Resources 
  5. Q&A 

Please bring your questions.  You will be able to submit them in a Q&A box or when we open the session for Q&A.   

I am asking all supervisors to allow members of their departments to attend this meeting to receive important information from the senior leadership of the College.
