Approved Inflatable & Game Vendors

Reminder:  As of November 1, 2017, the College requires all campus departments and student organizations to do business with one of the approved vendors.  Please refer to the Risk Management website for a list of approved vendors.

In an effort to streamline the process for campus departments and student organizations who wish to rent inflatables, games, photo booths, etc., a master agreement was entered into with several vendors. This eliminates the need for legal and risk management to review rental agreements and also confirms each vendor carries the proper insurance.  

Simply contact one of the approved vendors and make your selection from the list of approved items.
