The WFRN’s mission is to facilitate virtual and face-to-face interaction among academic work and family researchers from a broad range of fields as well as engage the next generation of work and family scholars. With over 400 current members, the WFRN welcomes the participation of policy makers and workplace practitioners as it seeks to promote knowledge and understanding of work and family issues among the community of global stakeholders.
In addition to general administrative oversight, Steve’s work involves planning biennial conferences (the next conference will be held June 24-27, 2020 in New York City), managing the WFRN’s membership initiatives, and overseeing content development for the organization’s website WFRN.ORG.
