Election Day is this Tuesday, November 6th! Do you have any questions about voting, your ballot, your polling location, or anything else about the election? Need a ride to go vote? We have resources for you!
Please visit My.VoteEverywhere.org for your one-stop shop for all things voting! The Center for Civic Engagement is excited to announce that thanks to our partnership with The Andrew Goodman Foundation, a new digital voting resource called my.VoteEverywhere is now available to the IC community! Since 2014, The Andrew Goodman Foundation has been working with colleges and universities around the country through its Vote Everywhere program to make young voices and votes a powerful force in democracy. The platform makes it easy to check voter registration statuses, register to vote, request absentee ballots, find polling locations, learn about voter ID laws, and see who’s on the ballot, all in one convenient location.
Need even more information about your voting options? You can also visit https://votesmart.org/ to go into more depth on your local ballot.
A shuttle will run from 9am - 8pm on Tuesday 11/6 to and from local polling locations. The shuttle will depart from the circle between PRW and the School of Business throughout the day.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to dharker@ithaca.edu or stop by the Center for Civic Engagement in PRW 072.
