On behalf of the Office of Admission, I am writing to offer our thanks to the entire Ithaca College community. This past semester, we hosted four Open Houses for nearly 3,000 prospective students and their guests. We want to thank YOU for all of your energy to make these programs a success!

In closing, I want to share that we received many compliments regarding the College, the programs, our outreach, friendliness, and our professionalism throughout all of our contact with these families. Following are a sampling of the comments we've received regarding our Open House programs this fall:

• I'd like to thank all of the faculty, staff, and students that made our visit so remarkable.
  

• Attending Ithaca's Open House was a great experience and gave me a great feel for both school and campus life. I am excited about the opportunity to join the Ithaca College community!
  

• My husband and I both noted how approachable and helpful every single Ithaca staff person that we encountered was. We did not feel like we were being given a hard sell, but rather given good information that will serve us and our son well in the college search process. Thank you!
  

• I loved the open house, Ithaca is officially my number one school!
  

• The Open House was an awesome experience. I really enjoyed my trip, and the campus and its surrounding are beautiful. The open house has made me excited to apply!
  

• Having students AND professors representing each of the different schools was really helpful, and it was great to see the positive relationship between the students and the faculty. I even liked stopping by the Intramural Sports, Study Abroad and Writing Center tables, as they "came to life" more than they do on the website.
