Please Note: There are 5 steps in the approval process for students.
For all approved drivers, be sure to review the Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Procedures document. At the site you will also find information regarding domestic and international vehicle rentals from outside rental agencies. We request that employees and students ONLY submit a driver information form when they need to drive because there are costs involved.
