Raul Palma's essay "The World to Come" was published in the Chattahoochee Review's special focus issue "Lost and Found." The essay, which was also nominated for a pushcart prize, looks at language, authenticity, and inheritance in order to explore the role of redemption in a Cuban and Cuban-American family.
"The World to Come" was born in a workshop Palma attended in Key West. Research for his essay was made possible by travel funds awarded through the diversity scholars program. http://chattahoocheereview.gsu.edu/
