Due to the College's winter break, timecards for the pay period December 10-December 23, must be submitted and approved by noon on Tuesday, December 18. Any timecards not submitted and approved by this date might not be processed in time for payment on Friday, December 28.
Direct deposits for this pay period will be in employees' accounts on Friday, December 28. If you do not have direct deposit, paychecks will be available to pick up on Friday, December 21st, but they will be dated for December 28 and cannot be cashed until that date. If you will not be on campus on December 22nd and need your check mailed home, or if any changes need to be made to your timecard after it is approved, please call the Payroll Office at (607) 274-3874, or email payroll@ithaca.edu.
