Mail Services - 12/20 Afternoon departmental pickup schedule change

This Thursday 12/20, scheduled departmental Mail Service afternoon pickups will be one hour early.

In order to ensure that we can make outgoing items available for earlier carrier pickup this day, please have all your afternoon outgoing mail/packages ready for Mail Service pickup one hour earlier than normal.

The following departmental mail service stops will be adjusted as follows

H&S Dean’s Office at 1:15pm
Phillips Hall Post Office at 1:30pm
PRW (Final pickup at Admissions mail stop) at 1:45pm
Alumni Hall at 2:00pm
