A newly constructed My Zone pantry in Campus Center dining hall is now open to guests with celiac disease or food allergies, strengthening precautions against cross-contamination in the dining hall. My Zone is a gluten, treenut and peanut free zone — this dedicated, ID accessed area gives guests the ability to be involved in their own allergen-safe meal preparation. Individuals using My Zone will enter the room with the swipe of their ID card. Guests will initially need to provide an ID # that is recorded and saved to ensure easy access for future visits to the pantry. This process will also allow staff to foster and sustain ongoing communications to ensure safety and satisfaction with guests. Guests are encouraged to work with managers and chefs on site to provide continuous feedback on stocked products in the pantry.

Access to the new My Zone pantry is located behind the Simple Servings station in Campus Center dining hall and is available for individuals currently enrolled in a meal plan on campus. My Zone will be open during the dining hall’s regular dining hours of operation. My Zone Hours of Operation are: Monday—Thursday: 7am—7:30pm / Friday: 7am—6:30pm / Saturday—Sunday: 8:30am—6:30am
