The Office of New Student and Transition Programs is seeking interested in applicants for to support our orientation program in the positions of Orientation Leaders (OLs) and 25 Orientation Mentors (OMs). Applications due by midnight on Sunday Feb. 24.
Orientation Leader
The Office of New Student and Transition Programs employs 100 Orientation Leaders (OLs) who work closely with the Associate Director to support our new students (first-year and transfer) and their families through their transition to Ithaca College. We are looking for a comprehensive team of leaders who demonstrate skills in the following areas to be a member of this enthusiastic and resourceful group.
Orientation Mentor
The Office of New Student and Transition Programs employs 25 Orientation Mentors (OMs) who work closely with the Associate Director to assist in managing student staff, supporting the development of orientation programs, as well as to support our new students (first-year and transfer) and their families through their transition to Ithaca College. In order to hold this esteemed position, we are looking for experienced leaders who demonstrate skills in the following areas to be a member of this enthusiastic and resourceful group.
Of the 25 Orientation Mentors hired, we will seek out 4 Orientation Coordinators (OCs) who will work throughout the summer alongside the orientation professional staff on the development of orientation programs/events including developing student leader training.
