 We are seeking Peer Transition Ambassadors to help facilitate the FIRST Look pre-semester program. FIRST Look is a program that happens before Orientation for new, incoming students who identify as first-generation.

Join the office of New Student & Transition Programs to assist in the planning, preparation and execution of FIRST Look. 

• Assist in the implementation / execution of the FIRST Look pre-semester program, under direction of NSTP staff member
• Lead small group discussions and activities
• Assist with logistics, planning, and set up for FIRST Look 
• Further education/understanding the experience of first-generation students selected

If your looking for a short-term, on-campus job this is a GREAT opportunity for you! Peer Transition Ambassadors will:

1.  Attend FIRST Look Orientation meeting (Spring 2019)
2. Attend FIRST Look training (Aug. 17th- Aug.18th)
3. Be available and attend the FIRST Look program (Aug. 19th- Aug. 20th)
