The Experiential Learning Alliance (ELA) was created in Fall 2017 to collectively enhance the facilitation of integrated, holistic, and experiential education. We are committed to the core value that learning at Ithaca extends beyond the classroom to encompass a broad range of residential, professional, and extracurricular opportunities.
The Student Employment Enhancement subcommittee (SEE) is designed to turn IC student employment experiences into intentional professional development opportunities for the over 2,000 students employed on campus through accessible student supervisor and student employee training, resources and support.
