The Office of New Student and Transition Programs employs 100 Orientation Leaders (OLs) who work closely with the Associate Director to support our new students (first-year and transfer) and their families through their transition to Ithaca College. We are looking for a comprehensive team of leaders who demonstrate skills in the following areas to be a member of this enthusiastic and resourceful group.

• develop their leadership skills as small group facilitators
• help to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
• introduce students, families, and guests to Ithaca College
• share their academic success as mentors, educating incoming students on academic planning

Staff must be present for all of Orientation and the required staff training sessions. August Training will occur from 8/13 – 8/19, Orientation will be from 8/20 – 8/27.
