Tuesday, March 19, at 4 PM in Muller Chapel, the Office of Religious and Spiritual Life will host a community gathering in solidarity with the fifty women and men murdered in two mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand.
Comedian and political commentator Hasan Minhaj reminds us: "You don't have to be Muslim to be heartbroken. You don't have to be Muslim to grieve. You don't have to be Muslim to be angry."
Come, sit in silence, offer a few words or a prayer. People of faith and people of conscience, united across our differences, can stand up against white supremacy and Islamophobia.
