Career Services and the Department of Theatre Arts are pleased to sponsor the Fit for Broadway® Professional Development Workshop! Fit For Broadway emphasizes the importance of preparing the body, mind, and spirit as a creative professional. Focusing on physical awareness, mental clarity, and emotional connection, participants will experience a modern approach to building a healthy lifestyle to compliment their personal and professional goals.
Founded by Jane Jourdan, Fit for Broadway® is a community-powered wellness philosophy highlighting the wellness and lifestyle practices of high-performance individuals. Fit for Broadway has expanded from online content to events & workshops, non-profit and educational partnerships, products to elevate positive messaging, and a growing popular community in New York City and online @fitforbroadway.
Jane will be facilitating two sessions on Saturday, April 13
10:00AM - 1:00PM in Studio 1: This session is for students studying with Professor Courtney Young who have completed the first two sections of the workshop in class. Register For The Morning Session!
2:30PM - 5:30PM in Studio 4: This session is for any student in an arts focused major OR someone who participates in the arts and wants to build their wellness toolkit. Register For The Afternoon Session!
