Two 1 block sections of the new Human Nutrition Food Lab - HLTH 202020 are being offered in Fall 2019 

Block 1 - Section 01 CRN: 23840 - 1 credit Mondays - 5:25- 8:05 - 8/28/19 10/16/19

OR

Block 2 - Section 02 CRN: 23841 - 1 credit Mondays - 5:25- 8:05 - 10/21/19- 12/19/19

This one-credit lab is intended primarily for students who have taken or are concurrently taking Human Nutrition (HLTH 20200), but if seats are available any student with an interest in learning more about vegetarian and vegan cooking is welcome.

Class time focuses on learning culinary skills for preparing plant-based foods, use of culinary herbs and spices and their health benefits, and designing health promoting diets.
