As this semester comes to a close, so is the window for submitting Transaction Request Forms! A Transaction Request Form (TRF) is a document that makes reimbursements for out of pocket expenses or request a check to pay for a contract or invoice.
All TRF’s must have an attached itemized receipt(s) for reimbursements or a contract/invoice when requesting a check and they must be submitted to the Office of Student Engagement. Transaction Request Forms may be found on Club Hub on IC Engage or in the Student Activities Center. (https://ithaca.campuslabs.com/engage/organization/club-hub-the-student-organization-portal/documents/view/938043) • Deadline to Submit TRF’s for 2018-19: Monday, May 6th at 5 PM. • NO EXCEPTIONS. Also, make sure your account reconciliation is up to date before the end of this year to identify any funds that need to be spent. Rollover funds can only be carried over for one year so all 2017-18 funds must be used by the end of this semester. If you’ve raised funds during the 2018-19 year, but haven’t spent them, they will rollover into the 2019-20 academic year.
