The Experiential Learning Alliance (ELA) invites professional and administrative support staff who supervise student employees to our third program, the "I SEE SUPERvision Retreat". RSVPs close today!
This is an opportunity to further develop professional skills in supervision, engage with peers who also supervise student employees on campus, and identify ways to further enhance your student employment goals to best support our students. This two day program will be held on Tuesday, June 11th in Klingenstein Lounge from 9am - 11am, and Wednesday, June 12th in Clark Lounge from 2pm - 4pm. Please join the Student Employment Enhancement sub-committee (SEE) for one or both days!
Day 1 will focus on recruitment, hiring, and team building.
Day 2 will focus on orientation & training, performance management & review, and recognition.
RSVP - encouraged but not required by the end of the day today.
The Experiential Learning Alliance (ELA) brings together over 50 members across campus who are motivated to positively impact students’ experiential learning by creating intentional student development components, enhancing collaborative efforts and facilitating integrated experiences. The SEE sub-committee is focused on supporting the campus in providing intentional professional development opportunities for our students through their on-campus employment.
