Please be aware that full-time IT staff will be off campus for an all-day retreat on Wednesday, June 12th. The Service Desk will be open as usual from 8am-5pm with student staffing, and there will be student coverage in most other IT areas as well. However, there will be no second tier support available, other than for critical, high-impact issues, should any arise.
