Bringing in the Bystander (BITB) teaches bystanders how to safely intervene in situations there may be a risk of sexual or relationship violence. Become a trained facilitator of BITB to help educate students on active bystander techniques.

The Ithaca College Sexual Violence Prevention Committee is hosting: Training of the Trainers for Bringing in the Bystander on Saturday, October 12th, from 9am-4pm. Bringing in the Bystander (BITB) teaches bystanders how to safely intervene in situations where an incident may be occurring or where there may be a risk of sexual or relationship violence. This program uses a community of responsibility approach through a well-researched and tailored training program. Let’s work together to prevent sexual and relationship violence at Ithaca College!

Complete this interest form online if you want to learn more about BITB, or if you want to become a trained facilitator and someone will contact you: bit.ly/BITB-TOT.
