The following system maintenance will be performed during fall break, Thursday, 10/17 and Friday, 10/18:
Voicemail Outage, Thursday, 10/17, 5:00-7:00 AM
Users and callers will not have access to the voicemail system during the outage; voicemail messages can neither be retrieved nor recorded. Callers will hear a recorded message telling them to call back after the end of the maintenance window (7:00 AM). This will not impact telephone dial tone or general telephone use. The campus Emergency Notification System will continue to function during the voicemail outage, other than the delivery of emergency messages to campus voicemail accounts.
Guest Wireless Access Interruption, Thursday, 10/17, 6:00-7:00 AM
The guest wireless network will be unavailable for about 1 hour.
Eduroam Wireless Access Interruption, Friday, 10/18, 6:00-7:00 AM
The eduroam wireless network may be disrupted for up to 1 hour. This maintenance will allow IC community members to access the same resources through the eduroam network as they can access through the IthacaCollege secure wireless network.
