SUPERvision: Student Employee Wellness and Resiliency Panel and Round Table Discussions

The Experiential Learning Alliance invites professional and administrative support staff who supervise student employees to our fourth program, “SUPERvision: Student Employee Wellness and Resiliency,” happening on Wednesday, November 13th from 12pm – 1pm in Klingenstein Lounge.

Join the Student Employment Enhancement subcommittee (SEE) for a panel comprised of staff and student leaders discussing how supervisors can support student employee wellness and resiliency, followed by round table discussions with fellow supervisors. The panelists include:

Chanelle Ferguson '21 - Writing with a Nonfiction Concentration, BOLD Scholar and Engaging Mental Health in People of Color (EMPOC) Initiative

Jennifer Hunter - Exercise and Wellness Specialist, School of Health Science and Human Performance

Nancy Reynolds - Program Director, Center for Health Promotion

Nicole Brokaw ‘21 - Writing & Cinema Photography with a Cinema Production Concentration, Library Student Manager

Rebecca Cogan - Program Director, Office of Case Management

There will be time for open discussion and questions following the panel. Those who wish to submit questions in advance may do so using the following anonymous form.

The event is brown bag style, so feel free to bring your own lunch; cookies will be provided. No registration is required.

The Experiential Learning Alliance (ELA) brings together over 50 members across campus who are motivated to positively impact students’ experiential learning by creating intentional student development components, enhancing collaborative efforts and facilitating integrated experiences. The SEE sub-committee is focused on supporting the campus in providing intentional professional development opportunities for our students through their on-campus employment.
