 Thank you to everyone who came to the SGC meeting on October 21st, 2019. Highlights included: SGC Senate feedback, Nikita Licudine confirmed to the Senate as a Senator at Large, and a Halloween-themed door decorating contest!

i. E-board takes on ICTV show Fake Out!

ii. First Comity meeting this week

C. Vice President of Campus Affairs

i. Stamps have been distributed around campus for absentee ballots

ii. Has bill ideas

iii. New Dining has kinks that need to be worked out

1. Looking for potential bills

iv. Store signs stay on after stores have closed (sustainability issue)

D. Vice President of Academic Affairs

i. Went to Faculty meeting about ICC

1. Five meetings remaining for this semester

ii. Academic Policy comity LAND RECOGNITION

iii. Fill the Hill Event Nov. 19th

1. Updates to come following meeting this week

E. Vice President of Business and Finance

i. Edits made to appropriations handbook (available online)

ii. Will be updating

iii. Working out kinks in SGC budget request template

iv. Will be working with comity to work on sustainability issues

v. PODER banquet budget request is upcoming

1. Already has some ideas if you are looking for ones that need to be completed ii. Look out for survey from sgcsentatechair@ithaca.edu this week

iii. Two seats are still open on constitutional comity!!!! WE NEED TO HAVE THESE SEATS FILLED

1. We also need representation on comity from people who are not apart of SGC

v. Reminder – Simply constitutional review following this meeting!!
