The IC Library is committed to creating a supportive atmosphere to help our students cope with the stress of preparing for final exams and is offering multiple opportunities for relieving this stress.

Did you know you can always check out a board game for 6 hours (in or out of the library)? Find a game box top on the newspaper stand (main floor under the stairwell). Bring it to the Circulation Desk to check out (game pieces are kept behind the desk).
Coloring pages will be placed on the Popular Periodical table (under the stairwell to the 3rd floor of the Library). There will be a poster that everyone can color together as a group.

A blanket fort will be set up on the second floor of the library with blankets, pillows, and string lights.

Mindful Labyrinth Walk
Meet in the Library's Classroom: Gannett 319 (3rd floor).
A labyrinth is an ancient tool utilized for walking meditation. One person at a time walks through the labyrinth while contemplating a question or phrase; mindfulness cards that provide such questions can be chosen. This event is co-sponsored by the Office of Religious and Spiritual Life at Ithaca College; they are providing the labyrinth, cards, and student guide.
