Dan Verderosa, writer and content specialist in the Office of College Communications, has left Ithaca College to take on a new job at Cornell University.
During Dan’s nearly 4-year tenure at IC, he launched and ran the IC Current news letter, helped revamp the IC News Site, and produced countless strategic news stories.
Dan's new position is communications and outreach manager for the Tata-Cornell Institute for Agriculture and Nutrition, a long-term research initiative focused on solving problems of poverty, malnutrition, and rural development in India. He’ll be responsible for promoting TCI’s research and projects through its website, social media, traditional media, and an annual report, and working directly with TCI’s scholars to help them communicate their research to general audiences.
