Due to the College's winter break, time cards for the pay period December 9 - December 22, must be submitted and approved by close of business on Monday, December 16. Any time cards not submitted and approved by this date might not be processed in time for payment on Friday, December 27, 2019.
Direct deposits for this pay period will be in employees' accounts on Friday, December 27th. If you do not have direct deposit, paychecks will be available to pick up on Thursday, December 19th, but they will be dated for December 27th and cannot be cashed until that date. If you will not be on campus on December 21st and need your check mailed home, or if any changes need to be made to your time card after it is approved, please email the Payroll Office at payroll@ithaca.edu.
