Reminder to use your HealthCare FSA funds by December 31, 2019

Your 2019 plan year is coming to an end. And you may have funds left in your PayFlex Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA). If you don’t use up your money by December 31, 2019, you’ll lose it. 

Tips to help avoid losing your funds:

  1. Double-check your account balance

    - Log into your PayFlex member website.
    - Or, log into your PayFlex Mobile® app.

 

  1. Click here to review the list of common eligible expense items.

  2. If you paid for an eligible expense out of pocket, it’s easy to submit claims.
    - Submit your eligible claims online  (you have until March 31, 2020 to submit claims incurred in 2019). 
    - You can also do this through the PayFlex app.
    - Or, you can complete a paper claim form and fax or mail it to us.
