Bi-Weekly Time Cards are Due Monday, January 6, 2020

Please note that all bi-weekly time cards for the December 23rd – January 5th time period are due by 9am on Monday, January 6th in the new IC HR Cloud.

All Supervisors are asked to have time cards reviewed and approved by noon on Monday, January 6th.

Drop-in sessions will be available to guide employees and supervisors as they navigate the new system. Please refer to the schedule below:

Thursday, January 2, 2020 from 1pm - 3pm in Peggy Ryan Williams, Garden Level, Room 54
Friday, January 3, 2020 from 9am - 11am and 1pm - 3pm in Peggy Ryan Williams, Garden Level, Room 54
Monday, January 6, 2020 from 9am - 11am and 1pm - 3pm in the following locations: PRW G54, Library, IT Helpdesk, Warehouse, Public Safety, and School of Business Trading Room
