We are pleased to announce that the Time and Absences App and the Pay App are now available in IC HR Cloud. What does this mean for the campus community?
Student Employees
Time and Absences App: This is where you will complete your time card. Please note that time cards for the December 23rd – January 5th time period are due by 9am on Monday, January 6th in IC HR Cloud.
Pay App: After payroll has been processed, your pay slip will be available for viewing.
Non-exempt Employees
Time and Absences App: This is where you will complete your time card and track/submit your time away from work. Please note that time cards for the December 23rd – January 5th time period are due by 9am on Monday, January 6th in IC HR Cloud.
Pay App: After payroll has been processed, your pay slip will be available for viewing.
Supervisors
Time and Absences App: This is where you will approve/reject time cards. Please note that time cards for the December 23rd – January 5th need to be reviewed and approved by noon on Monday, January 6th in IC HR Cloud.
Exempt Employees
Time and Absences App: This is where you will track/submit your time away from work.
Pay App: After payroll has been processed, your pay slip will be available for viewing.
Faculty
Pay App: After payroll has been processed, your pay slip will be available for viewing.
