Information for Submitting Time Cards in IC HR Cloud
Student employees will now complete time cards in IC HR Cloud. This function is no longer available in Parnassus.
Time Card Assistance
Student employees can drop by the Office of Human Resources, Room #54 in the Peggy Ryan Williams building from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm on Monday, January 20, 2020 for help navigating the new system.
Information for Submitting Hours Worked in 2019
If a student worked but did not receive pay for hours worked in 2019, they must do the following in order to receive retro pay:
