Abobe Users: What to Do if You See "Your license is expiring"

Information for users of Adobe products on a College computer.
Due to Adobe license changes in the last year you may receive a message that "Your license is expiring." You may be able to resolve this issue by signing out of the Adobe Creative Cloud application and signing back in.
- Save anything you are working on in Adobe
- Open Adobe Creative Cloud
- Windows - Type "Creative Cloud" in the Search box next to the Start menu and then select the Adobe Creative Cloud app from the results.
- Mac - In the menu bar click the Adobe Creative Cloud icon (it's the black and white version of the Adobe logo pictured in this article).
- Click the Account button (two-tone aqua blue circle) at the top right of the screen
- Click Sign out
- Click Continue
- On the Sign in screen enter your Ithaca College email address
- Enter your Netpass username and password when prompted.
- Accept the license agreement.
If you continue to have problems with Adobe contact the IT Service Desk for assistance.
