Tune in to WSKG Classical this Saturday, February 8 to hear December's Winter Choral Concert.
The Ithaca College School of Music extends an invitation to the local and campus community to tune in for select events from their concert calendar which are recorded for radio and subsequently broadcast on WSKG’s Classical station. The initial concert recordings, and subsequent full length broadcast productions, are produced entirely by Ithaca College Recording Services’ student staff, all of whom are pursuing their Bachelor of Music in Sound Recording Technology. Selected ensemble concerts can be heard on By Special Invitation, a weekly program presenting an assorted line-up of classical music performances from around the region, Saturdays at 10:00am. Recordings of the School of Music’s “After Dinner Mint” Faculty Showcase Recital Series can be heard Fridays on Midday Classics with Bill Snyder.
WSKG Classical (WSQX) can be found at 92.1 FM in Ithaca, and streamed at wskg.org. https://wskg.org/player/
