Following the closure on Friday, February 7 due to severe weather conditions, Ithaca College plans to reopen and resume normal campus operations at 7 a.m. Saturday, February 8, with normal class schedules resuming Monday, February 10.
The Terrace Dining Hall will close early tonight, at 7 p.m., to ensure the safety of the Dining professional and student staff. Most stations in the Terrace Dining Hall will be open for service through 7 p.m.
The Tompkins County Sheriff’s Department has issued an updated travel advisory, urging no unnecessary travel because of deteriorating road conditions.
TCAT service is not currently running; please check the website for a status at www.tcatbus.com.
Wind chills are expected to be severe throughout today. If you must venture out, please dress accordingly.
When the campus reopens at 7 a.m. on Saturday, February 8, all services provided by the college will resume under standard operating hours. Staff and faculty should plan on reporting at their normally scheduled times.
The college’s highest priority remains the safety of the members of our campus community, and officials will continue to monitor weather conditions to determine if any additional updates to the operating status may be necessary.
