The Women’s Mentoring Network invites you to join the Spring 2020 Coffee Conversation Series, with topics selected and hosted by women across campus. Additional topics will be added later in the semester… stay tuned for more details.

Conflict Resolution hosted by Dr. Sue-Je Gage
Thursday, March 5th, 12-1pm

Conflict is a natural part of our lives and there are strategies and tools for resolving conflicts that can be applied to any setting. The Women's Mentoring Network will host a discussion with Dr. Sue-Je Gage on conflict and conflict resources on campus, as well as provide information about the new Faculty Advocate position.

Registration will be limited to 10 (faculty and staff) per conversation to allow for meaningful dialogue. If there is interest that exceeds capacity, we can explore adding more dates. Additionally, if there is a new topic that you would like to host, please email Julie Dorsey (jdorsey@ithaca.edu) to discuss details.

All conversations are held at the Center for Faculty Excellence, 316 Gannett.
Registration for all events can be found here.

The purpose of the Women’s Mentoring Network to enable faculty and staff who identify as women at Ithaca College to connect in meaningful ways to support their goals.
