New Student & Transition Programs was honored this weekend at the NODA Regional Conference for an "Innovative Program Award" for the Fall Orientation 2019 Program We Are IC.
NODA, the Association for Orientation, Transition, and Retention in Higher Education, hosted their Region IX conference in Purchase, New York recently where IC was recognized for an innovation in programming. We Are IC is a new tradition to welcome incoming students to the IC community. The program focuses on promoting inclusivity, personal growth, and student empowerment at Ithaca College. The program would not have been possible without partnership with the Center for IDEAS, execution of the program by Kevin Perry and our fantastic orientation staff, and our brilliant presenters:
